You should see the OTHER baby!!

Remember when I told you that Ty likes to drive his bike backwards. Voila... here is the proof!

Ok, so its a bug bite, not a black eye. LOL! Sharon took Ty out for a walk lastnight and the bug got the best of him, as you can tell. I was worried and actually considered taking him to emerge, but he seems to be fine and its not even bugging him a little bit! We'll see what tomorrow brings. I'm sure he'll be fine, he doesn't have any other welts on his body so I'm not worrying TOO much at the moment.

My little fair skinned baby! I can tell we are going to have a heck of a time with his skin in the future. Sun, bugs, you name it I bet he'll be sensitive to it!
He still is just amazingly adorable with his little swollen eye!

These were taken lastnight before we went over to the prom. Isn't he just handsome with his little hat? He loves hats now.. sure didn't as a baby tho!

Little update, pictures to follow!

Well, my busy little bee has been sillier than ever these days! He is learning something new everyday and again, he amazes me with every single move he makes. I cannot understand how someone who wasn't even here 14 months ago can understand almost everything I tell him, and say the things he does. He is so smart. I am so proud.

Tylers new favorite thing to do is this:
He stands at one side of the kitchen gets all reved up and says GOOOO!!! and then he runs to the other side of the kitchen. Pause, turn, wait a second,... rev it up... GOOOO (he shreaks)!!!!! Then he again runs to the other side. Over and over and over. He will continue to do this untill he is so tired he needs a break! It really is one of the funniest things I have ever seen to date. At Jackies grad party he started doing it, showing off for all the attendants. Sharon turned and asked me "who taught him that".. of course my response was "I DUNNO??" Jeff then stepped in and reminded me that on one of his backyardigans movies there is a whole show on "GO". A-ha.. see people, television can't be THAT bad for children when it is watched in small portions. I couldn't believe he would learn that from a tv show. I always thought TV was BAD for kids, untill now.

After I was reminded of the backyardigans movie, I had to kick myself. How could I forget? I've been listening to those stupid Go songs for like a month now. I could sing the song on here word for word if I really felt like it.

Anyways, thats about it. He must have a vocabulary of over 30 words or more now and now he uses them in a more needy manner rather than just rambling. For example, if I'm in the washroom and he is in the living room and he wants me he will say.. .. "Mummmmum?" untill I answer him with "yes Ty". Then he will continue to ramble on and on. I love every second of it!

We took him to the prom lastnight and he was SO good. He's such a good baby now that he can communicate with us more. Its a treat to take him anywhere now... most days anyways.

For Dad

Ok, after being harped by my father here are some pictures from tonights supper. Dad is upset that I haven't been emailing out pictures of Tyler lately. I just don't have the time and uploading a gazillion pictures to email on dialup just isn't my idea of fun. For anyone or everyone who wants to see pictures of Ty in the future, send them the link to this webpage and they can see TONS of Tyler pictures... right from the day he was born!


This picture was from the other morning when we were on our way to Sharons house. Tyler jumped up on the couch with the cat, it was too cute! I love those sleepy eyes!!

Hospital Update

We are home from the hospital. Ty was admitted Friday night because his oxygen levels were very low and he was wheezing when breathing. We got out late yesterday.

Everything is A-OK. All of his tests came back negative and he is doing great. They gave him the maxi mist every 2-4 hours the whole time we were in the hospital and it helped him heal up really quick. Now when he coughs its more loose. He isn't wheezing when he breathes anymore either.

Our BIG Boy..

Is busier than EVER!! He is constantly climbing up on stuff, only managing to bang his head off of the floor or the wall or the baseboards. Ugh.. its a headache somedays. Sherri bought him a shopping cart for his birthday and now his new favorite thing to do is tip it on its side and climb up on it and try to stand up.

We have some new words to brag about today! Tyler is saying "fridge, barney, and water (wawa). Its so cute!! He is also learning that the louder he yells the farther away you can hear him. We were walking out of the grocery store yesterday and I told him to say "BYE" to the girls. He instantly started waving and said "bye". I took about 3 more steps and he said it louder "byyye". I took another 3 steps and he said it even LOUDER "BYE". The farther away we were getting the louder he was yelling at the cashier that we said bye to. I had the whole line of cashiers laughing at me and him. My face was as red as a beat, but I couldn't help but laugh.

Thats about all that is new at the moment. Blogger is being stupid today, so I will hopefuly get to type more a bit later when I have more time and I can actually tell if I'm typing in the right place or not.


He loves looking outside at dogs, birds, kids.. anything!!





Being funny and making faces is one of his other favorite things to do.
In this picture he is saying "ahhhh" after taking a bit drink of water. Jeff taught him this a long time ago, its so funny. Ty is such a copy cat!!

My acrobat is always trying to figure out which way he can give Mommy a heart attack the quickest. I usually just let him do it now, I'm so sick of trying to stop him and then dealing with a tantrum. I'd rather he roll off and bang his arm or leg or head and cry for 2 seconds instead of screaming for a half hour because I won't let him do it.
He thinks butts are hilarous, and if you ask him to get your butt he will try to grab it.
And he loves giving kisses to anyone, especially JACK.

Now when Ty sees a picture of Jackie (or even me sometimes) he will point at it and say "JACK"!! A lot of people think that Jackie and I look alike, so I'm thinking he thinks that the pictures of me are Jackie. Its really cute!!
