Who does he look like???

These are pictures of me at 6 months (top) and a year (bottom). I was looking at my 1 year stats lastnight that mom recorded in my baby book and I was a few inches taller than Tyler and a bit heavier too. My head was smaller around, but it was pretty close to Tys.

Now here are Tylers pictures at 6 months and a year. What do you think? Do you think we look alike? I'll have to get Jeff's uploaded for you to compare with too someday soon. I think he looks like JEFF, but a lot of people have been telling me he is starting to look more like me everyday!

What do ya think?? The red hair and blue eyes kinda throws it all off!! LMBO!!

Weekend Pictures

Here are some pictures from the weekend! My grandparents moved here from Nova Scotia and my cousin Abby came to help them move in. I got a few cute shots, thought I would share with you.

We were on our way to Jackie's volleyball game, that I will email later to all who want copies, and Jeff took these pictures of Tyler and I. Even on automatic my new camera takes such beautiful pictures! I love it to bits!! I have to admit it is one of the nicest investments I've made in a while (besides my house of course).




No clue what he is doing here, but its too darn cute! lol

This just in!!

Tyler is actually saying cheese in this picture. Now when I am going to take a picture of him he automatically smiles and says cheeeeese! Its SOO stinkin' cute!
Tyler started blowing kisses three days ago! I only showed him a few times and he started copying me. He's too smart I tell ya!
I took these pictures yesterday on the way to Sharons in the morning. Tyler loves hats now. He is constantly truckin' around the house with a ball hat on his head, whether its Eds, Brads, Gregs or his own! Its too cute for words! I'll try to get a picture of it today!

He looks so sleepy! I love his little eyes when he is tired, its like they are full of excitement but too tired to do anything! Everytime I look at him my heart melts!! He's even cuter than I figured he would be!!!

My Lil' Pumpkin!

Lastnight we went for a stroll and then played before bedtime. The fresh air and exercise must have tired our little tyke out because he slept the WHOLE NIGHT in his OWN BED!!!!
Here are a few shots of Tyler out in the stroller! I learned a few lessons lastnight in regarding harsh shadows when taking pictures. As you'll see in some of these pictures (and remember I didn't get a chance to correct them) the sun was shining down pretty hard on Tylers face, which made one side almost completely black.
Everyday I'm learning more and more, I love this camera.. and having such a beautiful subject to practice with makes it even more fun! :)




This is the St.Margarets golf course that is right in our backyard. I've never been on a golfcourse before, it was sooo beautiful out there with the sun shining!!!
When we got inside Tyler was trying to take my camera away from me. Looks like he was sick of me talking pictures of him! lol

This is Tyler's new favorite thing to do. Jeff and I are constantly trying to keep him away from the blinds. His main goal in life right now is to demolish them. He knows he's being bad when he does it too, but he does it on purpose for attention!

We also found out yesterday that Ty has a heart murmur. I spent most of the day just sick over the whole situation, but he is going to be fine and supositly a lot of children are born with them. I will keep you posted and informed when I find out more information. Sharon took him to the doctor so I didn't get a chance to ask him questions etc. I'm going to see him sometime this week hopefully!

Mother's Day Weekend Pictures

I got my new camera! I love it to bits, but I still don't really know how to use it. Just playing around with the automatic settings, which still takes beautiful pictures! Soon I'll know the manual settings and THEN I'll have some awesome pictures to share with you! :)

Ty loves his 4-wheler that we got him for his birthday. He is starting to understand the concept of steering now, which is SOOOO cute! His new favorite thing to do is to hold onto the handle bars and stand on the seat of the bike! He's going to take a tumble soon, I'm sure of it!
I really dislike pictures of Tyler with the sookie in his mouth, but I love these ones.
I'm not quite sure who took these and I didn't even know they were taking them, but I'm so glad they did! What a beautiful way to remember my second mothers day!! *sniff sniff*

Here you will see that the only time I can get a picture of Tyler sitting still is in his highchair, and even those are rare. I usually have to turn the TV on and take his picture. He's such a busy / DIRTY boy! lol
Look at those teeth!!! Tyler has more teething comming through now, MOLARS.
I'm suprised you don't see blood in this picture because as he was eating he was spitting his food out and there was blood everywhere. I can't even imagine what kind of pain our children go through while getting teeth. Its such a sin!!!
Watching TV and loving every second of it!
The only time Ty will actually sit to watch TV is when he is having a snack.
ha! This picture looks like he's telling me to "talk to the hand"!!

He's SO strong now!! He always was strong but now its unreal what this child picks up and carries.
We bought the pot to cook the lobster in and he was picking it up and trying to carry it around. I'm sure its heavier than he is!! (ok not quite, but almost) ;)
Tub FUN! Now Tyler cries when I take him out of the tub, he loves it!

Swinging and Thinking. I would love to know what he is thinking about right now.
Heck, I'd like to know what he is thinking half of the time!!

We stopped in to visit Nanny and Papa Carr on Saturday while out shopping.
Ty was helping papa with some stuff around the yard.
It was really funny because Dad was pushing a big tarp across the lawn and Ty was trying to help him. Dad would grunt and Tyler would copy him and grunt just as loud, if not louder! It was SOO funny and SOO cute!!

And thats about it!
Other than that the only news I have to tell you is that Tyler is now saying "Whats that THING?" He is starting to put words together now and its so cute! He says "Whats that thing, Whats that thing, Whats that thing, Whats that thing" and points to almost everything in the yard. Its like we are starting over on the "whats that" phase! I'll be annoyed before you know it! LOL
