Mel,,,that sure is a nice beachball you have there...when the air comes out of it...it will be long & thin and smilin & cryin.....from past experience...dont waste any time in the labor room...when they tell ya to push...breath...close your eyes and push till u see stars and sooner or later a nurse will tell you to breath again, 4 good shots like this should have it cased...everyone is there to help you...relax...everything will go fine...funny how they say you forget, but 17 years later I guess I still remember...it always helps to imagine someone who really pi..ed u off over the years & pretend they're at the end of the bed and you're finally gettin back at them,, worked for your ma & I...
